I'm a Vietnamese national living in Saltdean Brighton creating delicious Vietnamese cuisine. ​ If you have ever been to Vietnam you would have noticed that food is a big part of the culture....we love food and trying new dishes is big part of that.

I am in the process of creating a whole menu of delights. I currently make a selection of dishes available as a takeway option on Friday, Saturday and Sunday free delivery within the Brighton area.
